Crowdfunding for Standing Rock tribal wind farm.

I'd partnered with Connexus Capital on other projects and pitches and was brought in to help pitch, plan and execute the creation of a charity crowdfunding campaign and website for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and the SAGE development corporation. My role was in technical planning for the campaign tools, website design, copywriting, brand identity and vendor management.

The first public power wind energy project of its scope and size, Anpetu Wi's web campaign goals were to raise funds at a critical stage in pre-planning to ensure that the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe could maintain as much ownership of the eventual multi-million dollar wind farm to be developed — keeping tribal ownership and management of the wind farm and the energy it produced as the highest priority.
